No Returns, Refunds, or Cancellations

At Classic Candi Customs and More, all of our products are custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Accuracy

Please review all order details carefully before submitting your purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
