All items are custom-made to order. Colors, designs, and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings and handmade processes. By placing an order, you acknowledge that minor variations may occur and do not constitute defects.

3. Processing and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We ship using USPS within the United States only.

• Free shipping is available on orders over $50.

• Local pickup is available at no charge.

• Local delivery is available within Gaffney, SC for a $5.00 fee.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
