Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Options

We currently ship within the United States only via USPS.

Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $8.95
Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
Local Pickup: Available at no charge. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Local Delivery: Available within Gaffney, SC for a $5.00 delivery fee. You will be contacted to schedule a delivery time.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Classic Candi Customs and More is not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim. You may also contact us for assistance at Candice@classiccandicustoms.com.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will incur additional shipping charges to resend.
